1. Who we are

NovaActive (NOVA ACTIVE) is an online women's activewear store. Contact: novaactive.support@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. An order is accepted when it ships. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Discounts

Automatic set discounts and discount codes apply only under the conditions shown at the time of purchase, can't be exchanged for cash and may not be combinable unless stated.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Product information

We do our best to show colors, fabrics and measurements accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between units.

8. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to NovaActive or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NovaActive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Disputes

If there's a problem with your order, please email us first. Most issues are resolved within one business day.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
