Size Guide
Our pieces follow standard US sizing. Between two sizes? Size up: the fabric gives a little with wear, and we'd rather you feel comfortable than squeezed.

How to measure
- Bust: around the fullest part, tape parallel to the floor, without pulling tight.
- Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
- Hip: around the fullest part, feet together.
Fit by category
- Leggings and shorts: snug fit. Between sizes and want more compression? Size down. Want more comfort? Size up.
- Tops and sports bras: snug fit. If you have a fuller bust, size up.
- Jumpsuits and sets: go by your waist measurement, it's usually the deciding one.
- Jackets: fitted cut. Want it roomy to wear over a hoodie? Size up.
About compression and opacity
Every product page lists the stretch level and, when the manufacturer confirms it, whether the fabric is opaque. Nylon-spandex fabrics with more than 20% spandex give more compression; polyester or cotton blends drape more loosely.
